St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County fell by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,000 - a 4.4% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in St. Anthony in December 2017.
