St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County fell by $28,400 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $316,500 - a 8.2% decrease over the $344,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Anthony in April 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,561, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
