St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $69,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,000 - a 20.9% increase over the $332,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in St. Anthony in August 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,561, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
