Roseville home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Roseville fell by $22,400 while total sales increased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,500 - a 9% decrease over the $249,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Roseville in December 2017.
