Roseville home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Roseville rose by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 32.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $234,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Roseville in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Roseville for 2019 was $3,618. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,400. This marks an increase of 6.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
