Mounds View home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Mounds View fell by $11,900 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 5% decrease over the $236,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mounds View in January 2018, as well.
