Little Canada home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Little Canada rose by $2,750 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 1% increase over the $277,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Little Canada in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for 2019 was $3,229. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,730. This marks an increase of 18.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
