Maplewood home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Maplewood rose by $44,750 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,250 - a 26.6% increase over the $168,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Maplewood in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Maplewood for 2019 was $3,286. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,050. This marks an increase of 7.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
