Roseville home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Roseville rose by $3,050 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,500 - a 1.1% increase over the $266,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Roseville in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Roseville for 2019 was $3,618. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,400. This marks an increase of 6.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
