Vadnais Heights home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Vadnais Heights fell by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 38.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 15.3% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Vadnais Heights in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Vadnais Heights for 2019 was $3,338. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,932. This marks an increase of 13.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
