St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County fell by $11,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,250 - a 3.9% decrease over the $285,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in St. Anthony in the fourth quarter of 2017, as well.
