St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $1,150 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 0.3% increase over the $328,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in St. Anthony in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,561, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
