St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $47,500 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $332,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in St. Anthony in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,561, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
