Roseville home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Roseville fell by $1,302 while total sales decreased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,875 - a 0.5% decrease over the $257,177 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Roseville in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Roseville for 2019 was $3,618. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,400. This marks an increase of 6.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
