St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 49%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in St. Anthony in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,561, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
