St. Anthony (Ramsey County) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County fell by $27,300 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,950 - a 12.5% decrease over the $218,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in St. Anthony in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for 2019 was $4,544. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,106. This marks an increase of 10.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
