St. Anthony (Ramsey County) home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County rose by $10,550 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,500 - a 5.9% increase over the $178,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in St. Anthony in 2017.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for 2018 was $4,106. In 2017, the median sales tax was $4,015. This marks an increase of 2.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
