St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $22,182 while total sales decreased by 36.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,000 - a 7% increase over the $315,818 median sale price for the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in St. Anthony in 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,561, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for 2019.
