Ramsey County issued the following announcement on Feb. 19.
Avoid the lines while voting in the presidential primary by casting your ballot ahead of time through early voting.
Nine early voting locations will be open to Ramsey County residents from Feb. 25 to March 2. You may visit the most convenient location for you, regardless of which city you live in.

- Ramsey County Elections Office - Plato Building.*
- Como Streetcar Station.
- Arlington Hills Community Center.*
- Martin Luther King Recreation Center.*
- Highland Park Library.
- Ramsey County Library - Roseville.*
- Ramsey County Library - Shoreview.
- Ramsey County Library - White Bear Lake.
- New Brighton Community Center.
Hours
All locations will be open the following hours:
Tues., Feb. 25 to Fri., Feb. 28: noon - 6 p.m.
Sat., Feb. 29: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Mon., March 2: noon - 5 p.m.
The early voting site at the Ramsey County Elections Office – Plato Building will open at 8 a.m. on weekdays.
