City of Arden Hills issued the following announcement on Dec. 26.
Wrapping paper is generally not recyclable because of the paper type. As much as we’d all like to recycle it, wrapping paper belongs in the trash. Use reusable gift bags or kraft paper instead. #RecycleBetter #RamseyRecycles
