City Of Arden Hills issued the following announcement on Nov. 6.
On November 5, voters in Ramsey County elected Nicole Joy Frethem of Shoreview to serve as the District 1 County Commissioner. Frethem beat out Randy Jessup to win the seat. Frethem received 8,372 votes or 52.45%, while Jessup received 7,529 votes or 47.1 percent.
Local voters also approved the Mounds View School District levy and elected school board members for the Mounds View and Roseville Area Schools' districts.
