City Of Arden Hills issued the following announcement on Nov. 4.
Ramsey County Parks & Recreation has phased improvements planned for a future trailhead development located within the central portion of the Rice Creek North Regional Trail Corridor south of County Road I. The initial phase of construction began in October and includes the addition of an access road from the intersection of County Road I and Fairview to the entrance of the Arden Hills Army Training Site (AHATS), along with fencing modifications, stormwater management, landscaping and signage. Future roadway, trail and utility improvements are planned in the upcoming years to gain access to a future trailhead site within the park corridor.
