Description
Learn how to establish an online business to sell your handcrafted or vintage products using Etsy, a leader in e-commerce for creative entrepreneurs. Each session will focus on a best practice for your business; register for specific sessions or attend the entire series.
There will be time for discussion so come prepared to meet other makers, share your ideas, show off what you want to sell, and ask questions. Registration required. Space is limited to 20 participants.
This series is funded with money from the Friends of the Ramsey County Libraries.
October 6: Stocking Your Shop
A great listing is important but what buyers really need to see are fantastic photos. This will be a workshop session, so bring an item to photograph. You will use your phone camera and a free app to create listing photos for your shop.
October 13: Promotion and Marketing
Promote your Etsy shop. Understand Etsy SEO (search optimization), keywords, and tagging so buyers can find your items. Learn how to use Etsy’s promoted listings and other marketing techniques.
